HDP120 Digital Book Block Separating Feeder is designed to separate glued book blocks with varying thickness in digital finishing lines. By reading the code on each book block, it detects actual thickness in real time and automatically adjusts the separating process. The stack is aligned on one edge, the target book block is lifted to the separating plate by a height-adjustable platform, and then smoothly pushed onto the downstream conveyor. Using an upward-pushing separating method, the HDP120 reduces friction and prevents damage or jamming, making it ideal for glued and flexible book blocks.
