Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to machinery and equipment purchased from Chinaprintech

No Returns

Due to the nature of industrial machinery and customized configuration options, we do not accept returns of Products once an order has been confirmed, produced, shipped, delivered, or installed, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply (if applicable).

One-Year Limited Warranty (Exchange Only)

Chinaprintech provides a one (1) year limited warranty starting from the date of shipment (unless otherwise stated in your sales contract or invoice).

During the warranty period, if a Product is confirmed to have a design defect or manufacturing quality issue, Chinaprintech may, upon mutual written confirmation and agreement by both parties, provide an exchange solution within a reasonable scope.

This policy covers exchange only and does not provide refunds or returns.

Eligibility for Exchange

An exchange request may be considered only if all conditions below are met:

The issue occurs within the 1-year warranty period.

The issue is determined to be caused by machine design or manufacturing quality, rather than external factors.

The customer provides sufficient evidence for evaluation, including but not limited to:

photos/videos of the issue

serial number/nameplate information

operating conditions and materials used

troubleshooting records and error codes (if any)

Both parties reach mutual written agreement on the cause, responsibility, and exchange plan before any shipment is arranged.

Exclusions (Not Covered)

The following are not covered under this Return Policy and do not qualify for exchange:

Normal wear and tear (e.g., belts, blades, rubber rollers, consumables)

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, incorrect operation, or lack of maintenance

Unauthorized modification, repair, or use of non-approved spare parts

Damage caused by improper power supply, unstable voltage, environmental factors, accidents, or force majeure

Issues resulting from incorrect material specifications, operator error, or mismatch with production conditions not disclosed before purchase

Shipping Cost for Exchange (50/50)

If an exchange is approved, the shipping/freight cost related to the exchange will be shared equally:

Chinaprintech charge 50%

Customer charge 50%

This includes international freight only (unless otherwise agreed). Any local handling fees, customs duties, taxes, import clearance fees, warehousing, or other third-party charges may apply and will be handled according to the agreed exchange plan.

To request an exchange, please contact us with your order information and supporting evidence:

Submit request with details and evidence

Technical evaluation and joint confirmation

Written agreement on exchange plan, timeline, and cost split

Arrange shipment according to the confirmed plan

Completion and closure

Policy Priority

If your signed sales contract, quotation terms, or invoice includes warranty/after-sales clauses that differ from this page, the signed contractual documents shall prevail.
