The HDP3200PB9 Digital Perfect Binding Machine is a nine-clamp system designed for short-run and on-demand book production, including books, notepads and NCR forms, with a maximum mechanical speed of 3,200 books per hour. The machine combines microprocessor control, servo-driven adjustment and one-touch job changeover to coordinate the main binding processes and reduce manual setup. Book blocks are loaded from outside the machine, improving operator access and simplifying routine operation and maintenance. An automatic thickness-measurement system reads each book block and adjusts the relevant processing units according to the detected thickness. The inclined automatic cover feeder supports continuous feeding, with laterally adjustable guide rails for accurate cover alignment. Spine preparation is performed through notching and fine milling to control glue penetration and expose the paper fibres for bonding. The side-and-spine gluing system regulates adhesive application across the book back and sides, while the pneumatic glue cut-off length can be adjusted during production. A dual-cam nipping platform forms the book spine and consolidates the cover, and the automatic lowering and delivery mechanism releases finished books smoothly from the clamps to reduce spine deformation. The one-piece machine frame provides structural rigidity and low vibration during operation.
