In order to prevent the folded sheet of a booklet from opening in the saddle stitcher or the folded sheets from being displaced within a collated block, the outset booklet folding and spray gluing system produced a multi-page outer booklet in one production line.
The HHS spray gluing system is on the buckle folding machine, a very fine row of dots can be applied to the edge in the trim as auxiliary gluing. The bonding is removed with the end trim, then no metal stitch and fully recyclable booklets have been produced by this fully automatic production line.
